Full Registration Includes:
- Admission to all conference events: Academic Program, Dealers' Fair, Receptions, Exhibitions, Grand Opening and Dealers' Fair Preview
- Travelcard valid for all conference days with public transportation (SL) to conference exhibitions and receptions.
Partner Registration
A partner registration is only possible with a full registration and will be able to attend conference activities and events apart from the scientific sessions.
Payment Methods
MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards will be accepted as well as banktransfer.
Confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration form and payment. Please present the
confirmation email or letter upon arrival at the 12th ICOC Information and Registration Desk
located at Stockholm International Fairs.
Cancellation Policy
Registration, social events, tours and transfers are subject to the following cancellation fees:

are included in the registration fee, must also be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket.
Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a
"first come, first served" basis, and numbers may be restricted.
Disclaimer/Liability
The Organizing Committee and Congrex Sweden AB cannot accept liability for injuries or losses
of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss of
or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings. Please check the validity of your
own travel insurance. All reasonable endeavours will be made to hold the ICOC 2011 and to present
its program as scheduled under circumstances which assure the comfort and safety of all participants
and accompanying persons. However, neither the ICOC nor its committees, representatives or agents,
shall be held liable by any person as a result of the cancellation of the ICOC 2011 or of any of the
arrangements, programs or plans connected therewith, or for any injury, damage or inconvenience
which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during such person's presence in
connection with this Congress. Participants and accompanying persons are advised to purchase their
own insurance against any such occurrences.
Cancellation or Modification of the Congress due to Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, ICOC 2011 has the right to alter or cancel the Congress without prior
notice, however a notice of the occurrence shall be given by ICOC 2011 as soon as reasonably possible.
Force majeure shall mean any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ICOC 2011 which prevents or
impedes the holding of the Congress, including, but not limited to, government action, war or
hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague or other epidemic such as SARS, bird flu, etc,
earthquake, flood, hurricane, volcano, volcano dust, cyclone, fire or other natural physical
disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or
terrorism. ICOC 2011 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential
damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or
cancellation of the Congress. Furthermore, registration fees will not be reimbursed by ICOC 2011.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Name change; If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member for a cost of 150 SEK. Please contact icoc2011.registration@congrex.com if you wish to transfer your registration and we will help you.
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent to icoc2011.registration@congrex.se. Cancellation of registration and, or pre-tour to Copenhagen will be accepted until February 16, 2011, with a 100% refund, less a cancellation charge of SEK 150. Cancellations made after Februari 16 until April 13, 2011, 50% refund.
We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellations received after April 13, 2011.
Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to icoc2011.registration@congrex.se Cancellation of hotel will be accepted until April 13, 2011, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 150. Total cancellations of a hotel reservation or reductions of nights after April 13, 2011, will be charged for the full stay, we regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after this date.
