Hotel reservations are made through the
online registration link.
ICOC does not receive any commission from your hotel bookings.
You may book either through Congrex, or on the internet. Prices my vary from one source to another.

Payment
Full payment of all hotelnights must be made at the time of booking.
Room availability is guaranteed by Congrex on behalf of the delegates until 13 April 2011. After this date, Congrex can not guarantee availability or preferential rate.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to icoc2011.registration@congrex.se.
Cancellation of a hotel reservation made before and including April 13, 2011, will be refunded
less a handling fee of SEK 150. Total cancellations of a hotel reservation or reductions of nights
made after April 13, 2011, will be charged for the full stay, we regret that no refunds can be
made after this date.
Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified to icoc2011.registration@congrex.se and not directly to
the hotel. The changes should be made in writing and are subject to a handling fee of SEK 150.
