Dealers' Fair
Welcome to The International Conference on Oriental Carpets (ICOC) taking place in Stockholm 16-19 of June 2011. The Fair is to be held in the C-Hall at Stockholm International Fairs. There will be a grand opening of the conference with a Dealers’ Fair reception on the evening of the 16th of June. Below is a list of the exhibitors at the Dealer’s Fair.

Please observe: no receptions, material or sessions are included in daycards.
The Dealer’s Fair exhibition is for the moment fully booked. However, if you are interested in a booth, send us an email, we have a waiting list if any booths becomes available.
VENUE AND EXHIBITION GROUNDS
International Conference on Oriental Carpets XII, ICOC 2011 will be held in Stockholm, Sweden,
at Stockholm International Fairs. The exhibition area is located in connection with the session
halls and catering points.
Stockholmsmässan is handling everything concerning the practical matters of the exhibition such as
extra equipment, lighting, furniture etc.

Build-up 16 June 07.00–16.00
PLEASE NOTE. All goods management requiring a truck must be completed by 16.00, June 16 after which the carpet runners will be laid. Work on your own stand is permitted
until 18.00.
The main entrance and the eastern entrance must not be used.

AFTER THE EVENT
The exhibiting company is responsible for arranging their own transportation of material.
The name of the courier company engaged must be clearly indicated on the boxes. Upon
breakdown all material need to be removed on 19 June at 22.00 at the latest.

REGISTRATION OF EXHIBITORS’ STAFF
All exhibitors’ staff must register for the Congress, registration forms has sent out to every registered company.
Exhibitor booth up to 24 m2 includes one full registration, 25m2 and over includes two full
registrations. Additional exhibitor passes are available for a fee of SEK 1200 excl VAT, please note:
a maximum of four (4) people are allowed per booth.
